We also supply equipment to hospitals, and our input and equipment is leveraged in the heating plans for colleges, universities, and municipal districts. We also provide solutions for emergency preparedness and contingency planning. In response to governmental emissions concerns, particularly NOx (oxides of nitrogen) and CO, we offer a wide selection of ultra-low NOx and low NOx boilers to meet applicable requirements while maintaining efficiency and production demands. We also offer Nationwide Boiler's exclusive CataStak™ SCR System to meet strict NOx emission requirements of less than 5 ppm NOx. Our mobile boiler rooms range from 47.5 hp - 200 psig design medium capacity up to 650 hp - 250 psig design equipment. Our trailer-mounted boilers range from 30,000 lb/hr-350 psig design to 120,000 lb/hr - 400 psig design, and we also have the world’s largest 110,000 lb/hr - 750 psig / 750F superheat mobile boiler. Nationwide also can provide up to 250,000 lb/hr - 750 psig / 750F superheat skid-mounted package Babcock & Wilcox watertube boilers. We have many models with varying capacities to meet particular situations. Auxiliary equipment includes feedwater pumps, EconoStak economizers, CataStak™ SCR Systems, vaporizers, CEM and DAR systems, PLC control systems, and water softeners among other equipment.
